Founded in 1993, No Flow in Flow, LLC formerly known as Contractor Specialities & Supply, Inc. was started by Jim and Maudy Lehne. Jim and Maudy met in 1982 while both working at Armco Steel Company in Dallas, Texas. Jim was one of the top salesman and Maudy a secretary. They moved to San Antonio in 1985 due to Jim being headhunted by a company named Industrial International. Unfortunately, the company went out of business not too long after moving to San Antonio, forcing them to figure out their next steps. Having graduated from Texas A&M University in 1965 with his Industrial Technology degree, and a dream of being able to own his own company, Jim and Maudy decided to try their luck and open Contractor Specialities & Supply. Years of persistence and lots of hard work paid off with a large order from Miami, Florida with many new customers to follow. Since then, the company has continued to thrive.
Jim passed away in August of 2021. After his passing, Jim and Maudy’s daughter Carla and granddaughter Kendall, have taken over all operations of the company, along with their Warehouse Manager Frank.
